Terms and Conditions

1. Ordering & Payment:

  • Primary Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Alternative: DuitNow QR (selected products).
  • Orders via Phone/WhatsApp: Call +601116109510.

2. Delivery & Collection:

  • Self-Collection: Available at our store (address below).
  • Delivery: Via Grab/Lalamove. Transport costs are borne by the customer.

3. Returns/Refunds:

  • Damaged/unsatisfactory items must be returned within 1 day.
  • Refunds via bank transfer or in-store.
  • No returns after 24 hours; no refund obligations.

4. Liability:
We are not liable for delays/damages caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Governing Law:
Subject to Malaysian law.
